Make a choice and say a prayer because:

Some days, it's effortless, but I am thankful for those days God helps me have a positive attitude.

I like the composition of the text on YOUR picture, but I like the message even better! :)

The reason I capitalized YOUR is because I didn't recognize it at first... I thought it was something you pulled off the internet. You must be getting good. ;)

Mini-thoughts:

"Remember them that are in bonds as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body." Hebrews 13:3 We have a Christian duty to remember our brothers who are suffering. We each know one of His children who might be afflicted or going through a trial. We also are aware that some of our brothers and sisters in other countries are being persecuted. Pray for them, do good to them, and obey when God leads you to do something to bless one of His own.

"If thou wouldst believe, thou shouldst see the glory of God." St. John 11:40 When God says he will do something, he will do it. If we believe in him, we have the opportunity to see his glory manifested down here.
